Appeal Hearing
Scheduled
The oral arguments for
the appeal by the Osvaldo Villalobos
defense, as well as the other appeals by
individual investors dissatisfied with their
specific awards or lack thereof, have been
scheduled to be heard on December
18, 2007, 8:30 am before the Sala
III of the Supreme Court.
Needless to say, we are
very pleased with the court's action, and
look forward to a final resolution of this
case.
