We have designed a new
form option called the
"Investor/Creditor Information Form."
For our existing members, this new form
can be used to update their
information. In this regard, we
encourage all members who have had any
changes to their contact information
since their original form, to send us an
update using this new form. We also
request that all existing members who
submitted their original forms by FAX,
to please complete and mail the new
Information Form, since time has
deteriorated some of your original
forms.
However, and most important, this new
form can also be used by investors who
have up to now rejected the notion of
joining or becoming "members" of this or
any group, but would nonetheless like to
use our organization as custodian of
changes which would be made available to
Enrique Villalobos when he is ready to
receive it, and assist him in
re-establishing contact with his
creditors.
We are aware that following the events
of July, 2002, many of us have had to
make drastic changes in our lives and
are now living in different homes,
towns, and countries. Other events
concerning our partners, beneficiaries,
deceased persons, and other life changes
may have occurred in our lives, but we
have remained unable to inform Enrique
of these changes, or that they have
occurred.
We are only messengers in this
endeavor. We do not claim, nor pretend
to assume, replace, or substitute any
authority whatsoever by accepting these
forms. We are only offering investors
who wish to use our services, a way to
make their changes and updates available
to Enrique Villalobos as soon as he is
able to receive it. Completing,
signing, and mailing this form to our
Apartado address will put this
information in his hands when the moment
arrives. Undoubtedly, he will make his
own inquiries and require his own proof
and verification, but the information we
hand him will provide notice that there
has been a change.
As custodians of this information, these
forms would be used exclusively at the
appropriate time and for the purpose
intended. No unauthorized person or
group will ever have access to these
forms. And in the meantime, they will
be kept in safekeeping at an undisclosed
location and held in the strictest
confidence, as are all our existing
forms and information. This form will
remain available for your use on our Web
site until the end of our long wait.
