Dear Investors:

This message has two objectives.  The first is to inform you that the Recurso de Amparo in both the original Spanish and the English translation are now posted on our website.

Our attorney felt that the Recurso could open the door for us to Court files from the Oswaldo trial which would benefit our soon to be presented lawsuit.

The second is to offer all investors the opportunity to be a part of this effort.  Lic. Romaro has promoted this as a means of making a statement to the magistrates of the Constitutional Court, demonstrating the magnitude of the case.  We are assured that such action carries no risk or obligation to those who decide to join in.

It is a simple matter to join by doing the following: 

Print and fill out a form that has been prepared for you (see below) by our attorney, stating your desire to back John Manners in support of the Recurso.

It requires your full name and your identification details (a photo ID is preferred, such as a passport, driver's license or residence card).  Just write in the following:

1. The country where issued
2. The ID type
3. The ID number.

For example:  ID: US Passport  ID#: xyz1234567

We ask that you make your writing as legible as possible, except for the signature, of course.

Please download the form, print it, fill it in and sign it, and then fax it to the Court.  The only way it will be accepted is by facsimile.  For those faxing from outside of Costa Rica, the phone number will have to be prefaced by the international and country code (011 506).  Keep in mind that this is a very busy phone.  Be patient and persistent.

Do not be surprised if some of you receive this info in duplicate.  We have an EBS message list, and we have a lawsuit participants list.  They are not identical, so we have to mail to both lists to be sure that we reach everyone who may have an interest in this.
