Clarification About Guarantee Checks

What About My Checks?

 

 

We have received a few calls and messages indicating there might be some confusion regarding the topic of guarantee checks.

Guarantee checks are the checks we received from Luis Enrique as a form of "IOU" equal to the principal amount we loaned him.  Possession of these checks proves your "investment" with Luis Enrique.

Some investors were given alternate forms of "IOU's", but most of us received guarantee checks.

Investors who filed charges against Luis Enrique had to turn over their guarantee checks to the Prosecutor's Office, and are therefore no longer in possession of their checks.

These checks are now being returned by the Prosecutor's Office to those investors who withdraw their accusation and request the return of their checks.

These are the checks we refer to in our recent EBS messages, and no others.

Our recent EBS messages do not concern those investors who are still in possession of their guarantee checks.  If you are in possession of your guarantee checks, you do not need to take any action at this time.

Except... you can help spread the word to any investor who has filed a claim against Luis Enrique, and let them know they can now withdraw their accusation and regain possession of their checks.
