FUNDS received above and beyond the lawyer's fee, will remain in the UCCR bank account and will be accounted for.  As always, UCCR board members volunteer their time and effort, as in the past 6 years, without payment of any kind.

We will not know how many investors will be participating until the end of January.

IF for any reason the lawsuit is cancelled we will return your checks.

Your participation in other lawsuits does not prevent you from joining this one.

This lawsuit does not affect the funds invested with LEV.   We do not think that the funds placed by LEV are bearing interest.   We hope that he will be able to return the amount invested, only a guess, hopefully we will find out.

NO one knows where LEV is at the present time … and this is better for all concerned.

Some of you wanted to know names of participants ... the five active board members will, of course, participate.   

You can only join this lawsuit if you participate now, and your mailing is postmarked on or before January 10, 2010.
