Dear  Fellow Investors,  

    You probably wonder why you are without news.  We are still very much alive and  awaiting resumption of the  hearings in the lawsuit which was interrupted in early March of this year while certain documents from the  Osvaldo case were being copied and authenticated.

    Things are slow when it comes to documents and paper work, but this is ridiculous. We finally insisted that our lawyer  file a complaint, and  he did so on the 14th of November. Listed below is a  copy of  that inquiry and complaint protesting the length of time involved in this request for documents. We were advised that we could anticipate a reply from the court in eight working days

We don't know if the delay in providing the documents is intentional or just routine, but we have no other option than to wait out the issue.  Like the government, our lawyer does not seem to be in too much of a hurry.  It is impossible to switch lawyers at this time.

You will hear from us if there is any change in the status of the lawsuit.  Meanwhile, the clock is ticking on the statute of limitations as it relates to LEV. The consensus of legal opinion has established the  date as 10 years from the  July 4, 2002 raids on the offices and homes of the Villalobos brothers (that is: July 2012).
