We are renewing our request to all investors living in Costa Rica to make personal visits to the main office of the Contraloria de Servicios of the Poder Judicial to file a complaint for the delay of trial.  The office re-opens on Monday, January 16th.

WE CANNOT BE MORE EMPHATIC:  The strength of our message lies wholly in our numbers.  Although the visit should take less than an hour, it is extremely important for each one of us to participate, and could make an important difference.

Upon your arrival, please request to speak with Lena White Curling, who is head of the department and fluent in English and Spanish.  During your conversation, expect that she will tell you that she cannot change the date of trial and cannot provide you with information.  However, she has access to the Judge who will set the trial date, and will inform him of your visit.  The more investors that come before her, the more powerful our message will be to the Judge.

Our message is simple:  Although technically we are not parties in the case because we chose not to file a denuncia against Luis Enrique, our life savings remain frozen by the government until the trial is complete.  We need a speedy trial.

As before, to help spread our visits and avoid delays, we are providing a suggested schedule to use as a framework to plan your visit.  This is only a suggested schedule.  The most important thing is that you go, whenever you can go.  Your visits can be individual or in groups.  Keep in mind that Ms White Curling has offered her assistance in getting our message to the judge.   PLEASE REMEMBER TO BE POLITE AT ALL TIMES.
