We have a court date!

FEBRUARY 5, 2007  8:00 A.M.

The date was notified a few moments ago to the defense team, who immediately notified us.  We thank them for their consideration.

The Tribunal will consist of:

Juez Isabel Porroz Porroz
Juez Juan Carlos Perez Murillo

Although we are not overjoyed about the lengthy wait that lies ahead, we finally have certainty.

We thank all of you who participated in the letter writing campaign.  Please suspend all further mailings.

We thank the defense lawyers for their advice and support.

We look forward to trial and to the end of this long ordeal.
