Additional Court News

Dear Investors:                                      

At the time of our last message to you we were awaiting the resumption of the preliminary hearings on March 19th.  Once again the Court postponed the hearing  but this time it was our fault.  We failed to provide the Court with a letter confirming the fact that David Romero would continue as our legal representative in the case.  We knew of the request, but we were assured by our attorney that he could take care of that for us.  The fact is there was uncertainty at the Courthouse stemming from the events which led to the cancelation of the hearing scheduled for Feb. 14th.  As yet we have no replacement date.

We have recently received word from three investors that the Interpol posting of the profile and photo of LEV have been removed from the listing and they have questioned us about the significance of this, since presumably only the office of the fiscalia (prosecutor) that was responsible for placing them there has the authority to request their removal.  So far we can only  respond that we just don't know.  Neither does our attorney - who suggested that the move could well have been made to create confusion and cause LEV to drop his guard.  That seems to us implausible, but we will keep looking.  We do not even know if LEV has legal guidance at this stage.

Finally, we must confess that the UCCR is broke; and that places a nearly impossible limitation upon what we can and cannot do.  It has, since the beginning, been our policy to make do with what we have.  Nearly every dollar has been assigned to cover attorney fees, and none of us (there are six) have taken a penny for the hours of time spent.  We have been adamant about not asking for or accepting any further donations from investors.  For one thing, there is no reason to believe that having more money would solve all of the problems we face.

We do not know what is ahead, but we know how important it is for you to receive the news as it develops, and we will try our best to keep you informed.  That includes the task of excluding the hearsay - of which there is an abundance.
